Return and refund policy

At PUSHPAURA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

-Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
-Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags   and packaging intact.
-Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling are not   eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
-Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
-Customized or altered products.
-Items returned without original tags or packaging.
-Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused after   delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48  hours of delivery with:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:
-Size issues (subject to stock availability)
-Wrong item received
-Damaged or defective products
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
-Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
-For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after the required details are provided.

Return Shipping

-If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear     the return shipping cost.
-For all other returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or   paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

-Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
-Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return   after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.
