Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
(You may update these charges according to your business policy.)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Photos of the package and product
